Located in the Myers Park neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina, O’Brien Law Office PLLC was founded by Simon O’Brien in 2022. With over 12 years of legal experience working both as outside counsel and in-house general counsel, Simon is a seasoned business attorney dedicated to providing excellent legal counsel in the fields of Corporate Law, Sports Law, Intellectual Property Protection, and Commercial Real Estate. Simon attended Elon University School of Law where he was the captain of the Trial Team, the Rugby Club, and a member of the Honor Council. After graduating in 2012 Simon moved back to Charlotte, North Carolina where he currently lives with his wife and their two dogs. Simon’s passions are motorsports racing, go karting, exercising, and golfing.
